PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. DELIVERY TIME Standard shipping: 7–15 business days (USA & Canada) Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods. ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time. CUSTOMS & DUTIES (CANADA) For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES FasciaFlow™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service first, then reach out to us at fasciaflow@outlook.com.
